System Requirements For Lotus

Listed below are the minimum and recommended specifications for running Lotus Notes. Please ensure your computer meets these requirements before installing Lotus Notes.

PC Requirements

Please note: Only 32-bit versions of Windows are supported and official support is not currently planned for 64-bit versions of Windows. Use of Lotus Notes on 64-bit operating systems is at the sole discretion of the user.
*For 8.5 Standard on Vista, 1 GB RAM is required,
although 1.5 GB or more is strongly recommended.

Domino Web Access (Webmail) Requirements
Listed below are the recommended specifications for running Domino Web Access. A more detailed list of supported web browsers can be found from IBM.

In addition to the above requirements, it is recommended you install the latest Java runtime for Windows or through the Software Update utility for Macintosh.
*Internet Explorer 8 for Windows is not officially supported by Domino Web Access. If you encounter problems, we recommend using Mozilla Firefox.
**Mozilla Firefox is only supported on Macs running OS 10.4.x or higher. Domino Web Access is not supported on previous versions of Mac OS X.
