Lotus Notes Support Council - What is it?
The Lotus Notes Support Council is a group of volunteers, comprised of department technical support personnel. They help maintain
Lotus Notes usability within the departments, as well as assist in keeping the Lotus Notes team current on Lotus Notes information from
the departments.
The council is comprised of a small committee of active members and a larger group who are included on the mailing list. The active members
participate in meetings, events, and discussions. It is our intent that the active members represent all departments. This helps keep us informed
of the needs, ideas and issues of all users.
The mailing list members receive the same information that goes to the committee and have the same input opportunities. We encourage the mailing list members
to go through one of the committee members or Lotus Notes Team members, to ensure their issuses are brought to the discussion table. Mailing list
members also have access to the LNSC teamroom and document library, and have the ability to participate in the collaborative discussions.
